Dang! Dang! Dang! Dang! Barbarians are at the gate lor! After many years of planning, Singapore developer Capitaland finally has almost the full muscle to penetrate the Malaysian property market (of course they have no substantial land bank). Already control UM Land, they now have other ‘ma zai’ (downlines) to do more projects. Of course they have been in the market for quite a long time. But they have been low profile (given the Malaysia Singapore then lousy relationship also la)

I have seen many Singapore condominium designs. Their design is indeed a lot better than what we have in KL. Not believe? Go see their kitchen cabinets..it is usually very practical and save a lot of space. I nearly bot their kitchen cabinets once…(TNS Junior, you go buy apartment or furniture??)

Ahem…..I can tell you Capitaland, despite being big and bureaucratic, is very aggressive. Even the name ‘Binaderas’ reflects their thinking. If you break the name into half you will have ‘BINA” + “DERAS”, THEY WANT TO BUILD VERY AGGRESSIVELY. The secret is revealed!!!!

That is my conspiracy theory after watching Lilian Tooth many years.
