SC: Use plain English in prospectus
The Securities Commission (SC) has released a guide to encourage the use of plain English in prospectuses in its efforts to ensure that information in offer documents are easily understood by investors in order to make informed investment decisions.

Indeed, our merchant bankers use CRAP english in Malaysia. Their intention is to stop you from reading further so that they can get away with it.

Our SC is the MOST HONEST SC in the world. WITHOUT A SHADOW OF A DOUBT.
