Well, I have never been there. But I saw the location map advertised on the news paper, that place is milessssssss away from KL city. It is not bad, just take you about 1.5 hours to get to town with some mild traffic jam... just imagine this: You will be 1.5 hours older by the time you reach your office.....

Following the theory of the CEO, I might as well stay in Sungei Petani because it is well connected to KL via the North South highway. I might be able to pay RM 100,000 for a bungalow.....
